Schedule for Woodlake Lifeguard – July
Friday, July 18th: EPIC– Join M.K. and the Leafmen in their battle to protect their queen from their enemies, evil Mandrake and his crew of Boggans. Cast: Beyonce, Amanda Seyfried, Pitbull, Colin Farrell, Jason Sudeikis, and johnny Knoxville. Rated PG
Saturday, July 26th: Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure– Join Pee-Wee in an adventure to the Alamo in search of his lost bike. Cast: Paul Reubens, Mark Holton, Diane Salinger, and E.G. Daily. Rated PG
- Movies will start at dusk. (approximately 8 PM)
- We will have a lifeguard on duty so you can bring your friends. (guest fee and waiver apply)
- Popcorn provided and Snack Shack will be open for purchase of other snacks.
- Please remember to clean up after yourselves.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENT FOR GUESTS – NO guests are permitted at the swim club until and unless lifeguards are present. (Mandated by Insurance) Violating this rule could jeopardize the Swim Club’s insurance, so we expect to be strict in enforcing this rule and harsh in punishing violations, including potentially terminating memberships for repeat or intentional violations
RULES & BYLAWS – Every member is responsible for knowing and understanding the pool rules and bylaws. These have been approved by the membership. Please review with your family and friends in attendance. Visit Rules and Documents for complete information!
May through September 2025 Season Reminders
- Summer is here! Welcome to a freshly cleaned pool and a newly repaired and repainted clubhouse! Please not our NO LIFEGUARD = NO GUEST POLICY is in effect. When there is a lifeguard and you do have guests, please make sure your guests sign a waiver form and pay the $5 fee. Don’t forget to sign the sign in sheet yourself on the table in front of entrance. It helps us to know who is at the pool and when, for safety reasons and to assign lifeguard hours.
- Lifeguards will usually be scheduled for Friday evenings, and Saturdays and Sunday afternoon/evenings. Schedules may vary. Check our website for updates.
- Take your trash out, put toys away and keep the pool clean. The Swim Club belongs to all of us. Treat it like your own with consideration for all members.
- DO NOT touch the BOT cleaner in the pool and DO NOT move it around. Swim around it to avoid. Volunteers are responsible for managing this device.
- WHEN A LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY, Children 14 and under must be accompainied by a member aged 18 or older for admittance to grounds. The over 18 year old must be present and supervise their pool usage. Children 14 and over may come to the pool without an adult accompanying them.
- WHEN NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY no persons under the age of 18 are allowed without an adult member. Violation of this rule will result in immediate disciplinary action including possible revocation of membership.
