General Membership Meeting at the Pool
Saturday November 8th at 11 am
The WSC Board of Directors is calling for a General Membership Meeting required in the bylaws. We want to present a 2025 budget report and inform members of all the repairs and maintenance completed this year. The bylaws stipulate that 1/5 of the total membership be present which means we need one person from at least 22 memberships to attend, one vote per membership. This will be a quorum for electing new directors and voting on any other issues that arise. Please mark your calendars and try to attend this meeting. This is also a good time to ask any questions, offer comments and suggestions about the pool, and talk to other members of your Swim Club. We hope to see you there.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENT FOR GUESTS – NO guests are permitted at the swim club until and unless lifeguards are present. (Mandated by Insurance) Violating this rule could jeopardize the Swim Club’s insurance, so we expect to be strict in enforcing this rule and harsh in punishing violations, including potentially terminating memberships for repeat or intentional violations
